Val has been involved in the real estate industry since 1992.  His work over

the years has allowed him to gain a unique and valuable perspective on the

industry.  His diverse experience includes real estate appraisal, buyers 

agent, sellers agent, residential and commercial property management and 

residential real estate development.  He has most recently been involved in

web based software application development, and is pursuing

implementations to empower Realty Isle clients to seek and market
properties in an intuitive and efficient manner.  He has a firm belief that web

based exposure and research is a key tool that will continue to evolve into a

critical piece of real estate marketing, and wants to ensure that anyone 

represented by Realty Isle will be at the cutting edge of real estate

technology in Hawaii.
