Of all the realtors I have dealt with over the years Jason Lum is definitely a stand out. It’s hard to find an honest Realtor, but I can say without a doubt, you need to not search any further. Jason is the Realtor for your needs and he will give you his honest feedback with your best interest in mind— even if it may not be in his best interest for his real estate business transaction and income.

I am a physician who is extremely busy on the mainland. I have a second home in Hawaii and I got Jason’s name through a friend’s referral. I was in the process of deciding whether to upgrade my current condo or use the funds instead to purchase an investment rental property. Jason and his team went out of their way to meet with us whenever we were in Oahu. They really took the time to get to know me and my wife, help us narrow down what we were looking for, and made sure that it was always in our best interest and what was right for us. Absolutely no pressure from Jason, and he was always so diligent about following up on any of our questions or matters we needed further clarification on.

Given my hectic schedule and the fact we were dealing with him from the mainland, this made my life so much easier. My wife and I truly felt we could trust him. We both talked about how you just know real quickly whether you would want to work with an agent or not. I can’t say it enough. He is definitely trustworthy, knowledgeable, dependable and an easy guy to get along with- he embodies the “Aloha Spirit.” We are very grateful for his services, and we will only be using Jason for any other future real estate transactions we will need in Oahu.
